To confirm the individual achievement "Completion of an additional professional education program at a digital department of a higher education institution participating in the 'Priority 2030' strategic academic leadership program, resulting in an additional IT qualification," applicants must submit (through the same method used to submit their application) a certificate confirming completion of the additional professional education program at a digital department of a higher education institution participating in the 'Priority 2030' strategic academic leadership program, resulting in an additional IT qualification.

A professional development certificate or professional retraining diploma alone is not sufficient to confirm this achievement, as these documents do not specifically indicate completion of the program under the 'Priority 2030' initiative.
