
On August 11 at 18:00 (Moscow time), the acceptance of documents and applications for fee-paying places in full-time, part-time, and distance learning Bachelor's and Specialist programs will conclude for applicants taking internal entrance exams (including second degree programs).
In 2025, entrance exams will be conducted using distance technologies. The schedule for consultations and entrance exams conducted independently by MSUPE has been published on our website – view here >>.
Applicants eligible to take internal entrance exams according to MSUPE's Admission Rules and who have submitted their applications within the established deadlines (and whose applications have been accepted by the Admissions Committee) will be permitted to take the exams. No additional registration for entrance exams is required. Entrance exams are taken once; retakes are not permitted.
If you do not see your name in the applicant lists on the exam day, please immediately contact the Admissions Committee via the Hotline (Monday–Friday: 09:30–18:00; Saturday: 09:30–14:00): +7 495 822-32-52.
Connection links will be posted on the day before the exam in the corresponding row of the schedule table and will not be sent via email or through the "University Admission Online" super-service on Gosuslugi.
Technical Requirements for Exam Participation via Video Conference:
The equipment at the applicant's location must include:
- A personal computer (laptop)* connected to the video conferencing system;
- A wide-angle camera (webcam) ensuring continuous broadcasting of the exam process;
- A microphone transmitting audio from the applicant to the examination and admissions committees;
- An audio system transmitting audio from the examination and admissions committees to the applicant.
Results will be published no later than three (3) working days after the exam date in the List of Submitted Documents.
*Exams cannot be taken on tablets or mobile devices (smartphones) due to technical requirements.
