The "Leader of the 21st Century" competition is not just a contest, but a unique opportunity for talented young people to express themselves and receive support for implementing their initiatives. It serves as an important platform for identifying and promoting leaders ready to make a significant contribution to the country's development. Furthermore, the competition contributes to the formation of a personnel reserve for public authorities and non-profit organizations working in the field of youth policy.
