On September 25, the expert review of the correspondence part of the federal stage of the XII All-Russian Competition "Best Inclusive School of Russia – 2025" was completed. A group of 44 experts analyzed 168 sets of competition materials between September 4 and September 25.

Organizations from 32 constituent entities of the Russian Federation have advanced to the finals, with 10 organizations in each category: Vologda Oblast, Voronezh Oblast, Irkutsk Oblast, Kamchatka Krai, Kemerovo Oblast – Kuzbass, Kirov Oblast, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Kurgan Oblast, Lipetsk Oblast, Moscow Oblast, Murmansk Oblast, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Novosibirsk Oblast, Oryol Oblast, Perm Krai, Pskov Oblast, Republic of Crimea, Republic of North Ossetia – Alania, Republic of Tatarstan, Rostov Oblast, Samara Oblast, Saint Petersburg, Saratov Oblast, Sakhalin Oblast, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Stavropol Krai, Tomsk Oblast, Tyumen Oblast, Ulyanovsk Oblast, Khabarovsk Krai, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

Official letters will be sent to regional Ministries in the coming days. Invitation letters with detailed information will be sent to the email addresses of the finalist organizations on September 26.

The final of the Competition will take place on October 14–16 in Moscow.

Information about the employees who will represent the organization in the final must be submitted via the registration form linked in the invitation letter. A separate form must be completed for each attending employee.

To provide methodological assistance to participants of the in-person stage, the Federal Center for Inclusive Education at MSUPE will hold four webinars on October 1 and 3. These webinars will explain the expert review procedure for the in-person stage. All finalists are invited to attend; links are provided in the invitation letters.
