Topic: "Basics of Buddhist Psychology: Key Concepts" Speaker: Elena Aleksandrova, Associate Professor, Candidate of Cultural Studies, expert on culture and cultural anthropology, and creator of a Telegram channel on East Asian cultures.
This seminar will introduce Buddhist psychology, exploring concepts related to consciousness and views of humans in Buddhist culture. We will discuss daily life principles in Buddhism and how these ideas are applied in different cultures. The seminar will also address how Eastern practices, including Buddhism, have been adapted into modern psychological techniques.
