We invite participants wishing to obtain trainer certification, as well as those seeking to enhance their training qualifications, structure, and systematize their training experience, to enroll in the professional development program "The Art of Group Work: Training for Trainers and Group Facilitators."

• Elena Vasilyevna Lavrinovich, Candidate of Sociological Sciences, Head of the Department of Individual and Group Psychotherapy, practicing trainer.

The program is conducted in the format of active training procedures and video training and includes instruction in the following areas:

• General principles of working with a group (stages of group work and group dynamics)
• Working with training requests and developing / adjusting training programs
• Forming a group: selecting participants, assessing group potential, and forecasting potential challenges
• Stages of conducting a training: establishing group functionality, motivating participants, structuring learning, concluding the group
• Specifics of learning in a training context
• Trainer methods and techniques (exercises, games, case studies)
• Methods and skills for managing group dynamics
• Working with group resistance
• Assessing training outcomes
• Trainer styles (trainer image, individual selection of a working toolkit)
• Practical application of principles, techniques, and group management algorithms in simulated group work situations
• Development and delivery of original training sessions by participants.

Program Outcomes:

• Beginning trainers will be able to independently and successfully conduct trainings of various orientations.
• Experienced trainers will gain additional knowledge and skills for successfully leading educational groups, developing programs, learning sequences, and exercises.
• Instructors working in other educational formats (seminars, creative workshops, etc.) will gain knowledge and experience in creating and maintaining participant interest and engagement throughout sessions.
• Each participant will develop their own unique training style.

The program consists of 4 modules. Classes are held on Fridays (18:00–21:30), Saturdays, and Sundays (11:00–18:30) according to a pre-established schedule.

Tuition fee: 128,000 rubles for the program (payment is made monthly).

The program has been successfully running for over 19 years. More than 400 trainers and instructors have completed this program and now successfully lead educational and training groups as internal trainers in large companies, staff trainers in training companies, and facilitators of educational, corrective, and psychological groups in public psychological support services. Join us!
