On April 1–2, 2026, the MMCO.EXPO-2026 exhibition and forum on educational technologies, infrastructure, and intellectual solutions will take place in Moscow at the Timiryazev Center Exhibition Complex. The event is organized by the Moscow International Education Fair (MMCO).

The forum will bring together representatives of federal and municipal authorities, education administrators, teachers, methodologists, researchers, and business and industry partners. The business program addresses around sixty pressing issues in educational development — from the crisis of humanities education at school to the transformation of the speech therapist profession in the 21st century. The program architecture includes 11 thematic tracks, covering areas such as education policy, the impact of technology on learning outcomes, career guidance, artificial intelligence in education, and collaboration between science and higher education.

The MMCO program features a series of discussions and sessions with participation from experts of the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education (MSUPE), focusing on inclusion, psychological and educational support for students, and teachers’ professional longevity.

Diversity as the New Norm” — This discussion will address the transition from declarative inclusion to systematic work with learner diversity. Planned topics include:

  • principles of universal design for learning;
  • limits of applicability of widely used pedagogical models;
  • management decisions supporting sustainable inclusive practice;
  • risks of formalizing inclusion without transforming school organizational culture.

Particular attention will be paid to the relationship between evidence-based approaches and practices disseminated without sufficient empirical support.

Inclusive Inclusion” — This session focuses on the resources of teachers working under increased psychological and organizational demands. Key issues include:

  • models of teacher support and supervision;
  • tools for preventing professional burnout;
  • management mechanisms for distributing responsibility in inclusive schools;
  • development of professional communities as a factor of sustainability.

The discussion aims to identify solutions that prevent imitation of inclusion and ensure its meaningful implementation.

Psychological and Educational Support for Students with Special Educational Needs” — The event will explore evidence-based technologies of psychological assistance and support for students with special educational needs, including:

  • contemporary assessment methods and interventions;
  • interdisciplinary collaboration;
  • requirements for specialist training;
  • implementation of quality standards for psychological support in educational settings.

The format provides for discussion of practical cases and exchange of experience in implementing support models.

Technologies: Assistant or Substitute for the Psychologist?” — This discussion addresses the use of digital tools and AI in psychological and educational practice, focusing on:

  • limits of automation in psychological and educational support;
  • risks of algorithmic decision-making in sensitive domains;
  • ethical and legal regulation requirements;
  • opportunities for integrating digital services into professional practice without loss of responsibility.

Teachers’ Professional Longevity” (Moderator — S. G. Kosaretsky, MSUPE) — This session examines age-related dynamics of psychological functions critical for teaching, including:

  • cognitive demands of the profession (analysis, selective attention, multitasking, decision-making speed, reflection);
  • social competencies and regulation of emotional workload;
  • risks of declining effectiveness in the absence of institutional support;
  • organizational and educational strategies for extending professional productivity.

The session aims to develop an evidence-based approach to supporting late-career and older teachers. Issues of professional longevity, late-age risks, and resources for teaching activity are systematically addressed in research publications available on the PsyJournals.ru portal.

The forum will be held in two formats:

  • offline — at the Timiryazev Center (Moscow);
  • online — via the MMCO.Connect platform.
