MSUPE Experts in Ulaanbaatar Participate in the Pedagogical Forum "Russia and Mongolia: Best Russian Educational Practices"
On March 23 and 24, 2026, the International Pedagogical Forum was held at the Russian Center for Science and Culture (RCSC) in Ulaanbaatar and the Ulaanbaatar branch of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. The forum was coordinated by the Center for International Cooperation of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
As part of the forum, Anna Anatolyevna Adaskina, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Professor at the Department of Pedagogical Psychology named after Professor V.A. Guruzhapov, Faculty of Educational Psychology, MSUPE, participated in the plenary session with a report "The Activity-Based Approach in Designing and Implementing Educational Programs for Training Elementary School Teachers" and conducted a master class titled "Researchers of the Russian Language: Techniques of Developmental Education in Elementary School." The ideas of developmental education sparked discussion among elementary school teachers.
Oksana Dmitrievna Gurina, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor at the Department of Legal Psychology and Law, Faculty of Legal Psychology, presented a master class "Systemic Practices for Identifying Risks and Preventing Deviant Behavior in the Educational Environment." Mongolian colleagues showed interest in issues related to diagnosing bullying situations and possible forms of bullying prevention. Among the resources presented were developments carried out within the framework of the "Childhood Ecosystem" project, as well as "Navigators for the Prevention of Deviant Behavior."
MSUPE staff also participated in the jury of the professional skills competition for Russian-speaking teachers of Mongolian schools. The best teachers came from several Russian-speaking schools in Mongolia, with the top honor awarded to a physics teacher from the Russian-speaking school in Erdenet.
The forum concluded with a celebratory concert featuring performances by teachers and students from various schools.
