Winners of the XVI National Award "Golden Bear Cub" Honored in the Federation Council

On June 23, a ceremony was held in Moscow to honor the winners of the XVI season of the National Award "Golden Bear Cub" (Zolotoy Medvezhonok) . The competition has been held since 2010 with the support of the Federation Council and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. The award has become a symbol of high reputation and professional recognition for Russian manufacturers of children's goods.

L.S. Gumerova, Chairperson of the Federation Council Committee on Science, Education, and Culture, Executive Secretary of the Presidential Council for the Implementation of State Demographic and Family Policy, addressed the award ceremony. She noted:

"The development of Russia's childhood industry is directly linked to the country's broader family and demographic agenda. The National Award 'Golden Bear Cub' recognizes the best manufacturers of domestic goods and services for children – those who turn care for a child into a specific product: one that is in demand and made with great responsibility and love for children. A quality, safe, and affordable toy, game, book, children's furniture, baby product, or learning tool – all are part of a happy childhood."

The Rector of Moscow State University of Psychology and Education (MSUPE), Arkady Aronovich Margolis, is a member of the award's Scientific and Expert Council. At the award ceremony, MSUPE was represented by Olesya Valentinovna Vikhristyuk, Vice-Rector for Educational and Social-Psychological Work.
