Parents from Across the Country Can Ask the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation a Question

In anticipation of the All‑Russian Parent Meeting, a chatbot called "Parent's Question to the Minister" has been launched in the national messenger MAX. Parents from all regions of the country can send questions to the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation, Sergey Kravtsov, regarding the education and upbringing of children, the development of the education system, and other topics relevant to families.

The questions will form the basis for an open dialogue with the head of the Russian Ministry of Education at the All‑Russian Parent Meeting. The meeting will take place on September 8 at 11:00 AM as part of the II All‑Russian Congress of Parent Committees and will bring together representatives of the parent community from across the country.

You can ask Sergey Kravtsov a question via the chatbot "Parent's Question to the Minister" in the MAX messenger. Parents can share their concerns, offer suggestions, and highlight issues they would like to discuss directly with the head of the ministry.

The dialogue will focus on topics that concern parents of schoolchildren and preschoolers: the organisation of the educational process, upbringing, the interaction between family and school, career guidance, children's safety, teacher support, and the development of parent initiatives. The specific agenda of the meeting will be shaped, in part, by the questions received from parents.

Those who are not attending the II All-Russian Congress of Parent Committees in person will also be able to join the All-Russian Parent Meeting. On September 8 at 11:00 AM, the meeting will be available online, allowing parents from different regions of Russia to follow the open dialogue with the Minister. To participate remotely, you must complete preliminary registration.

In 2025, questions from the parent community also formed the basis of the open dialogue with the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation. The meeting discussed the start of the new academic year, the unified educational space, upbringing and parent education, career guidance, the digital safety of schoolchildren, teacher support, and other topics relevant to Russian families.

The II All-Russian Congress of Parent Committees will take place on September 7–8 at the National Center "Russia." It will bring together representatives of parent committees from schools, kindergartens, and vocational education institutions, members of regional and municipal parent committees, as well as specialists working with the parent community. The Congress will serve as a platform for discussing the development of parent initiatives, strengthening cooperation between the family, educational organisations, and the state, and sharing successful practices.
