You have chosen a responsible and noble profession — to teach, to educate, to help children reveal their abilities and find their path in life. These are large-scale tasks, and you cope with them with dignity, combining the best pedagogical traditions with innovative methodologies.

The Government continues to create conditions for the school to be a space of opportunities for both students and teachers. The national project "Youth and Children" is being consistently implemented, the material and technical base is being updated, and access to modern educational resources is expanding. Priority attention is given to professional development, advanced training, and the exchange of pedagogical mastery and best practices.

I want to express special gratitude to mentors who share knowledge and experience with the younger generation of specialists, and, of course, to veterans of the national education system. Your dedication to your calling serves as an example for colleagues and sets a high standard.
