In accordance with Order No. 821 dated November 27, 2024, of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation "On Approval of the Procedure for Admission to Higher Education Programs - Bachelor's, Specialist, and Master's Programs," the Admission Rules for Higher Education Programs - Bachelor's, Specialist, and Master's Programs at the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Moscow State University of Psychology and Education" for the 2025/26 academic year, and based on the decision of the Admissions Committee of MSUPE, an additional enrollment stage is being conducted (for applicants who submitted applications for first-year admission within the established deadlines) for state-funded spots in the following fields and specialties:

The option to confirm enrollment consent on the Gosuslugi portal will be available starting August 7, 2025, at 18:00 (Moscow time) and will close on August 9, 2025, at 12:00 (Moscow time).
Enrollment will be based on competitive selection results and the ranked lists published on the MSUPE website.
Enrollment orders and the publication of enrollment information on the MSUPE website will take place on August 11, 2025.
