The Resource Educational and Methodological Centers (RUMC) of MSUPE, Minin University, and Herzen State Pedagogical University will organize and conduct the Network (Sectoral) Forum "Inclusive Higher Pedagogical Education: Trends and Development Prospects" on October 17-18. The event will be held at MSUPE.

The forum is held in accordance with event II.2.6 of the Interdepartmental Comprehensive Plan of Measures to Improve the Accessibility of Secondary Vocational and Higher Education for Persons with Disabilities and Persons with Special Needs, including Career Guidance and Employment of These Persons, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation on April 10, 2023, No. 3838p-P8.

Forum Organizers: Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, Resource Educational and Methodological Centers for the Education of Persons with Disabilities and Special Needs, established on the basis of universities under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.

Forum Goal: To discuss the main vectors for the development of inclusive higher psychological and pedagogical education that contribute to the formation of inclusive culture values in Russian universities.

Format: Hybrid.

Forum Venue: Moscow, 29 Sretenka Street.

Participants Invited: Representatives of federal and regional executive authorities in education and support for persons with disabilities; faculty and staff of higher education institutions implementing psychological and pedagogical programs; representatives of public associations of persons with disabilities, non-profit organizations, student youth (including inclusive volunteers), and all those interested in developing inclusive processes in the educational and social environment.
