On September 9-12, the XI National Congress of Audiologists and the XV International Symposium "Current Problems of Hearing Physiology and Pathology" were held in Suzdal.
At the pedagogical section, Yulia Trukhanova, Associate Professor of the Department of Special (Defectological) Education at the Faculty of Clinical and Special Psychology of MSUPE, delivered a presentation titled "The Impact of Hearing Impairment on the Formation of Articulatory Stereotypes in Preschool Children with Hearing Loss." The report sparked genuine interest among the audience, and Y.A. Trukhanova answered questions from the attendees.
The National Congress of Audiologists is a significant event that brings together physicians, educators, and rehabilitation specialists to exchange experiences and discuss issues related to medical, social, and pedagogical assistance for people with hearing impairments.
Presentations, discussions, and round tables facilitated a multidisciplinary approach to addressing current clinical and pedagogical issues in audiology, surdology, and surdopedagogy.
The presentations by Professor Georgy Abelovich Tavarkiladze, Doctor of Medical Sciences, and Emilia Ivanovna Leongard, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, attracted particular attention from the participants.
We extend our sincere thanks to the congress organizers for the rich program and the opportunity to present our research findings to the scientific and pedagogical community.
