
On September 15, the first session was held at the Laboratory of Virtual Technologies and Personal Reserve Capabilities. The event brought together undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students of the Faculty of Extreme Psychology at MSUPE.
The program of the meeting included several important segments. Participants learned about the laboratory's activities, current scientific projects, and the latest virtual reality (VR) equipment. Particular attention was paid to future plans and prospects for the development of research work.
As part of the practical segment, students took part in a unique VR quest, "Rescue a Person from a Fire and Provide Psychological Assistance to Them." Furthermore, a demonstration training titled "Organizing Effective Interaction in Extreme Situations" using virtual reality technologies was conducted for second-year specialist degree students of the Faculty of Extreme Psychology.
The session was conducted by experienced specialists: Professor of the Department of Scientific Foundations of Extreme Psychology, Tatyana Nikolaevna Berezina, and faculty member of the department, Tatyana Alexandrovna Finogenova.
The event marked an important step in the development of modern methods of psychological training and research into personal reserve capabilities.
The organizers noted the high level of interest among participants in the new technologies and expressed confidence in the successful development of joint research projects in the future.
