Dear colleagues: leaders, faculty, researchers, postgraduate students, and students!

I congratulate you on Russian Science Day!

This holiday allows us to express our sincere gratitude to all who have dedicated themselves to the scientific quest. We value your intellectual potential, courage in exploring the mysteries of nature and humanity, and your commitment to applying the fruits of research for the benefit of society.

Our University rightfully takes pride in its contribution to the development of Russian and world science. In the year of the University's 30th anniversary, we mark Russian Science Day by reflecting on the large-scale achievements of MSUPE, paying tribute to departed mentors and colleagues, and looking with hope at the new generation of scientists.

This day holds special significance as this year we celebrate the 130th anniversary of the birth of Lev Semyonovich Vygotsky. His legacy remains a fundamental cornerstone of our scientific work, and his persona serves as an inspiring example of a true Scientist.

The University's research community creates new knowledge and develops practical solutions that are already improving people's lives today. Every research project, defended dissertation, published article, and knowledge-intensive technology is the fruit of your dedicated work, creative energy, and commitment to your chosen field.

On this day, we particularly wish to highlight our young scientists. Your choice of a scientific career, your sense of responsibility, courage, and ambition are the keys to reaching new frontiers in science and strengthening the University's authority and influence in the global scientific community.

Genuine science is not only about modern methodologies, laboratories, and databases but also about live communication, the exchange of ideas, and collaboration among representatives of different scientific disciplines, organizations, and generations. May today's holiday bring you together with your colleagues and bring joyful emotions!

I wish you inexhaustible health, energy, and inspiration for many years to come. May new summits be conquered, and may your scientific achievements receive the recognition they deserve.

I am confident that united by a common mission and belief in the transformative power of science, we can continue glorious traditions, make discoveries, educate new generations of scientists, and inscribe bright pages into the history of Russian science.

With deep respect,

Sergey Gennadyevich Kosaretsky,

Vice-Rector for Scientific Work, MSUPE
