In 2025, the Association of Inclusive Universities, in partnership with Moscow State University of Psychology and Education and with the support of the Sberbank Charitable Foundation "Contribution to the Future," began implementing a project aimed at providing the Russian education system and social sphere with modern inclusive technologies with proven effectiveness. University departments are involved in the work, as well as non-profit organizations focused on inclusion. Regular scientific-methodological seminars are organized at the MSUPE "Boiling Point" (Tochka Kipeniya) , where intermediate results are highlighted and discussed in the format of expert discussions.

The first stage of the work was an attempt to develop criteria for selecting world-class inclusive technologies for the purpose of their normative consolidation in the social sphere and general education sector of the Russian Federation. In January, the project team presented their vision of the criteria – a recording of the expert discussion is available via the link.

Continuing this topic, on February 18 at 10:00 AM, the second seminar in the cycle will be held. Colleagues will present three practices from international experience, selected and described using the lens of the criteria developed by the project's working group.

The meeting will feature presentations from:

  • Tatyana Gennadievna Podushkina – Leading Analyst at the MSUPE "Boiling Point," Project Manager.
  • Svetlana Vladimirovna Alekhina – Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Director of the Federal Center for the Development of Inclusive General and Supplementary Education (FCIO), Coordinator of the "Educational Inclusion" project direction.
  • Elena Valentinovna Samsonova – Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Leading Researcher at FCIO.
  • Ulyana Andreevna Mamokhina – Researcher at the Scientific Laboratory of the Federal Resource Center for the Organization of Comprehensive Support for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (FRC ASD).
  • Evgenia Vladimirovna Khilkevich – Candidate of Political Sciences, Head of the Sociocultural Integration Department at FRC ASD.

The final part of the event will offer an opportunity to discuss the presented work. We invite a wide range of specialists from the social sphere and education sector to participate.
