RUMC MSUPE Staff Member Anna Dezhnyova – Participant in the Conference on Adaptive Physical Education and Student Sports Practices

On June 18–20, Anna Vladimirovna Dezhnyova, Specialist in Educational and Methodological Work at RUMC MSUPE, Paralympic Games medalist, participated in the III All-Russian Scientific-Practical Conference "Breaking Boundaries. Adaptive Physical Education and Adaptive Student Sports: New Development Trends," held at Bauman Moscow State Technical University.

Among the invited experts were representatives of the Russian Ministry of Sports, the administration and faculty of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, leaders of the Russian Student Sports Union and the "Be in Shape" Foundation, as well as leading adaptive sports specialists from across the country.

Over three days, participants from all regions of Russia discussed current issues in adaptive physical culture and sports, sharing successful practices and approaches to solving them. The conference's key theme was the creation of a unified methodological framework for the development of mass adaptive physical culture in higher and professional educational institutions.

At the conference, Anna Vladimirovna participated in the following sessions:

• Expert sessions on sports integrity, new event formats, and personnel policy
• Open meeting of the Commission on Adaptive Physical Culture and Sports of the Russian Student Sports Union
• Discussions on high-tech sports and the digital transformation of the sports industry
• Presentation of best Russian practices for students with disabilities and special educational needs

Anna Vladimirovna was honored to become an Ambassador of the "Breaking Boundaries" project.

All participants received certificates based on the conference outcomes.
