Departmental Awards of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation Presented at MSUPE

On June 25, 2026, a ceremony was held at the meeting of the Academic Council of Moscow State University of Psychology and Education (MSUPE) to present departmental awards of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. During the meeting, Vice-Rector for Scientific Work Sergey Gennadievich Kosaretsky was presented with a Letter of Gratitude from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation – for his contribution to the development of international cooperation in the field of education.

The Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation's "Excellence in Education" (Otlichnik Prosveshcheniya) insignia were awarded to university staff members Anna Alexandrovna Shvedovskaya and Irina Viktorovna Emelyanova – for their dedication to service and many years of work in the education system. Over the years, a total of nine MSUPE staff members have been awarded this insignia, including its previous form, the "Excellence in Public Education" award.

These awards reflect the contribution of the university's staff to the development of educational and scientific-pedagogical activities and serve as an indicator of the high level of professional training and quality of personnel working at MSUPE, ensuring the continuity of the university's scientific and educational schools.
