How to Help Those in Pain: Joint Online Conference of the Faculty of Distance Learning and the "Nasledie" Educational Center – October 23
Psychological trauma, PTSD, burnout, living under constant stress – today both specialists and ordinary people face this. How do we work with this carefully and effectively?
On October 23, the Faculty of Distance Learning at MSUPE and the "Nasledie" Educational Center are holding a scientific-practical conference "Psychological and Clinical Aspects of Recovery After Traumatic Experience: From Research to Practice".
What we will discuss:
- How practice responds to the challenges of stress and crises.
- Assistance to participants of the Special Military Operation and their families — including online.
- Different types of trauma: what works and how not to cause harm.
- Modern techniques and technologies of psychological assistance.
- Complex clinical cases: analysis of real experience.
- Hypervigilance in those living under conditions of military threat.
The programme includes master classes, lectures, and interactive lectures – you can not just listen but try things out and discuss.
