PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The purpose of the educational program is to develop students' humanistic attitudes and readiness for a child- and adolescent-friendly approach implementation to the psychological and pedagogical prevention and correction of deviant behavior based on the principles of the cultural and historical psychological school and national pedagogy

Graduates of the educational program
  • are social educators with broad basic training in psychology and specialized knowledge in various fields: legal psychology, clinical psychology, developmental psychology, and age psychology;
  • are able to apply and adapt special methodological tools of social pedagogy and psychology, taking into account the psychological characteristics of all age groups;
  • can work in the social sphere, including in the field of education (from pre- to high-schools), institutions of social protection of the population, family and youth affairs, custody of minors, law enforcement and justice authorities, law enforcement agencies, scientific and public organizations.
