The in-person stage of the XII All-Russian Competition "Best Inclusive School of Russia – 2025" will take place in Moscow on October 14-16.

The competition is held to increase the activity of:
- preschool and general education organizations in developing and implementing inclusive education practices;
- individual general education organizations (correctional schools) in providing methodological support to inclusive educational organizations;
- children's recreation and health improvement organizations in developing and implementing inclusive recreation and health improvement practices;
- and to disseminate positive experience and share inclusive practices/technologies.

In preparation for the competition, a series of methodological webinars on various aspects of preparing competition materials has been conducted to ensure the most accurate and vivid description and presentation of the experience of inclusive educational organizations. Recordings of the webinars are available on the main page of the competition's official website lish.mgppu.ru.
The competition jury has been formed and approved. It includes experts in the field of inclusive education from federal and regional universities, public organizations from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Volgograd, Arkhangelsk, Tyumen, Lipetsk, Saratov regions, Krasnoyarsk Krai, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Udmurt Republic, the Republic of Crimea, and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug–Yugra.
The application period for the federal stage of the competition starts on August 25 and lasts until September 4, inclusive. Applications are accepted via email: li-org@mail.ru only with a cover letter from the regional ministry of education.
From September 4 to 25, the remote expert review of applications will take place on the Competition Portal (expert section). Each application will be reviewed by 3 independent experts. Based on the results of the review, the 10 applications in each nomination with the highest scores will advance to the in-person stage of the competition, which will be held on October 14-16, 2025, in Moscow. In the final, each presentation will be evaluated by 11 jury members. The three organizations with the highest scores will become the winners of the Competition in their nominations.
