
The Faculty of "Clinical and Special Psychology" at MSUPE, together with the "UchimZnaem" project, will hold a public defense of research papers on July 2 at 3:00 PM. The works were completed by faculty students at the sites of hospital schools under the "UchimZnaem" project.
Students of MSUPE will present research on the following topics:
- Features of attention and memory in adolescents with chronic kidney disease
- Changes in compliance among adolescents with diabetes mellitus during psychological training
- Characteristics of emotional burnout among teachers in hospital schools
- Creating psychological and pedagogical conditions in hospital schools to enhance positive self-perception in adolescents with oncological diseases
The discussion of the student papers will involve specialists from the "UchimZnaem" project, hospital school teachers, psychologists, speech therapists, as well as faculty members from the Department of Special Psychology and Rehabilitation. This department implements the master's program "Psychological and Pedagogical Support for Children with Chronic Somatic Diseases." Additionally, reviewers and academic supervisors of the students whose works are being defended will participate.
The open defense will be held in a hybrid format, with an in-person session at Sretenka 29.
