
The second issue of the online journal "Bulletin of Practical Psychology of Education" (No. 2-2025) has been published, launching the journal's regional series of issues devoted to theoretical and practical aspects of modern education. The issue examines current theoretical questions as well as interesting practical experiences of educational psychologists from Moscow's educational institutions.
The issue opens with the section "Scientific-Methodological Support for Professional Activities of Educational Psychologists," presenting articles on algorithms for psychological-pedagogical assistance to children with various developmental characteristics, professional self-determination of graduates with autism spectrum disorders, results of developing and testing Irina Vladimirovna Dubrovina's program of psychological-pedagogical classes "Psychology Lessons," and features of life-meaning orientations in young men and women with different levels of empathy.
The second section, "Development of Regional Practices in Psychological Support in Education and Social Sphere," publishes articles highlighting Moscow region's experience in implementing directions of psychological service activities, priority tasks addressed by specialists within their competencies, characteristics of the educational psychologist's image in Moscow's education system, and experiences in educational work with parents and prevention of secondary orphanhood.
The section "Professional Training of Specialists to Work with Various Categories of Children" discusses aspects of training educational psychologists - graduates' readiness for introducing demonstration exams, manifestations of academic procrastination among students, implementation of main directions of assistance and support for students of different target groups, and assessment of subject knowledge based on olympiad results.
The issue also includes articles on adapting a short version of the "School Situation" questionnaire, describing modern digital technologies of teachers, and psychological analysis of processes of personal self-determination in education and profession.
The issue concludes with congratulatory messages from university professors, educational psychologists, and regional experts on the anniversary of Irina Vladimirovna Dubrovina.
