Irina Borisovna Shilina, Dean of the Faculty of Social Communication at MSUPE and Head of the Educational and Methodological Council for the "Youth Work Organization" program, participated in an off-site meeting on workforce training in youth policy held at the innovative "Biryusa" platform in Krasnoyarsk Krai.  

During the joint session with the working group of the Expert Council of the State Duma Committee on Youth Policy, chaired by Nikolay Bazhitov, participants examined in detail the full cycle of working with young specialists - from career guidance and shaping professional identity to meeting employer requirements and current scientific research.  

The meeting was attended by representatives of key universities and colleges, the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, as well as Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Olga Petrova and Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) Yury Leskin.  

This meeting served as an important preparatory step for the upcoming session of the State Duma Committee on Youth Policy, where approaches to workforce development in the sector will be thoroughly examined. The choice of "Biryusa" as the venue underscores the forum's significance as a hub for cutting-edge practices and a platform for exchanging experience in youth policy.
