Prevention of Emotional Burnout: Online Meeting Timed to Coincide with Mental Health Day - October 9

On October 9 at 5:00 PM, as part of Mental Health Day, we invite you to an interactive online meeting dedicated to the prevention of emotional burnout.

During the meeting, we will discuss:

  • What emotional burnout is.
  • How to notice the first signs of burnout.
  • How to prevent the development of emotional burnout.

Hosts:

  • Natalya Yastrebova - 5th-year student in Clinical Psychology.
  • Natalya Sergeevna Lykova - Senior Lecturer at the Department of Special Psychology and Rehabilitation.
