The final stage of the 5th All-Russian "InvaProfi" Competition for Professional Excellence among staff of educational and rehabilitation organizations for people with disabilities was held from October 21 to 25, 2025. The event was organized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Russia.

The federal experts of the Competition included: Director of the RUMC MSUPE – Tatyana Semyonovna Ivanova, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, and Deputy Director of the RUMC MSUPE – Svetlana Nikolaevna Tolstikova, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor.

The list of Competition winners includes teachers from partner universities of the RUMC MSUPE.

In the nomination "Socio-Pedagogical and Socio-Psychological Practices in Higher Education for Persons with Disabilities," the absolute winner was Olga Alexandrovna Pogodina, Associate Professor in the Department of Primary, Preschool, and Special Education at the State Social and Humanitarian University (Moscow Oblast).

Second place was awarded to Natalya Viktorovna Karpushkina,Associate Professor at Kozma Minin Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University (Nizhny Novgorod Oblast).
