Effective March 1, 2026, Moscow State University of Psychology and Education, in accordance with Federal Law No. 539-FZ dated December 29, 2025 "On Amendments to the Federal Law 'On Education in the Russian Federation'", will transition to electronic student IDs and record books.
This shift to a modern digital format will make your student life significantly more convenient and secure. Your digital documents, equivalent to paper ones, will always be accessible on your smartphone via your MSUPE Personal Account, the "Gosuslugi" (State Services) portal, and the national messenger MAX.
Key Advantages:
- You will no longer need to carry paper documents or worry about losing or damaging them.
- You can instantly confirm your student status to receive benefits (for transport, museum visits, etc.) using a QR code in the application.
- For online purchases, discounts will be applied automatically after authorization through "Gosuslugi."
- All your academic achievements and grades will always be at hand in an up-to-date digital record book.
Important Information: Currently valid paper student IDs and record books remain valid until the end of the current academic year.
