University Delegation Visits Open Day at the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Russian Federation

On April 17, Chinese Language Day, a delegation from Moscow State University of Psychology and Education (MSUPE) participated in the Open Day of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Russian Federation. The delegation included Khozh-Akhmed Sultanovich Khaladov, Vice-Rector for External Relations, and Elizaveta Evgenievna Mikhedova, Head of the Department of International Relations.

The event began with an address by the Ambassador of the PRC to the Russian Federation, Zhang Hanhui.

Our university was introduced to the Ambassador by Usman Abdul-Azievich Rassukhanov, Director of the Department for the Integration of the National Education System and International Cooperation of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. During the meeting with the Ambassador, the MSUPE delegation representatives were able to talk about the university's activities and opportunities, as well as propose possible partnerships.

As a result of the meeting, a visit by the First Secretary of the Chinese Embassy, Zhao Dan, to MSUPE is scheduled for May 8. The Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation has also planned a number of events this year, in which MSUPE plans to participate as part of its activities on psychological and pedagogical support for the educational process.

"Our university plans to develop partnerships with the PRC more broadly. We are considering the possibility of academic exchanges for faculty, joint research, and joint programs. MSUPE offers a master's program accredited in China. The doors of our university are open to applicants from the People's Republic of China", summarized the Vice-Rector for External Relations of MSUPE, Kh.-A.S. Khaladov.
