Cross-University Expert Review Launched at MSUPE as Part of the Priority-2030 Development Program Implementation
On June 16, a two-day cross-university expert review began at MSUPE as part of the implementation of the Priority-2030 development program. During the session, the university team will work in groups across four areas defining the university's development trajectory, followed by presentations of results and final conclusions.
On the first day of the review, held at the MSUPE Shelepikha building, an expert group from FSANI "Sotsiotsentr" visited, comprising Andrey Alexandrovich Kirsankin, Tatyana Yurievna Shvedchikova, Natalia Vyacheslavovna Orlova, and Alexey Viktorovich Lyubyashkin. The Sotsiotsentr expert group is a team of specialists invited to conduct external reviews and analyze the activities of universities within the federal Priority-2030 program of the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The experts met with the Rector of the university, Arkady Aronovich Margolis, and toured the University Multidisciplinary Psychological Center (UMPC), the MEG Center, and the Demonstration Exam Center.
At the center of the expert review discussion is the "Target Model" of MSUPE, which will be presented by the Head of the Priority-2030 Development Program, Maria Alexandrovna Safronova. In response to the changing social situation of modern childhood, the university is working on the concept of a "University of Digital Childhood," addressing current challenges in education and child development.
Special attention will be given to the "Management System" of the program: session participants, together with the Vice-Rector for External Relations, Khozh-Akhmed Sultanovich Khaladov, and the Vice-Rector for Educational and Social-Psychological Work, Olesya Valentinovna Vikhristyuk, will discuss how control over the implementation of Priority-2030 is ensured, what resources and management mechanisms are involved, and who is responsible for achieving the set goals.
Another important block will be "Technological Leadership and Strategic Technological Project." The Vice-Rector for Scientific Work, Sergey Gennadievich Kosaretsky, will present the university's initiatives, including the strategic technological project "Digital Technological System for Evidence-Based Psychological and Pedagogical Assistance and Specialist Training," as well as the projects "Digital Platform for the Professional Activity of Psychologists" and "Digital Instrumental Environment for the Training and Professional Development of Educational Psychologists."
Within the "Educational Policy" direction, the Vice-Rector for Professional Education, Alexandra Andreevna Lisitsyna, will present the innovations implemented by MSUPE and discuss them with participants, sharing the solutions that allow the university to strengthen its position in the higher education system.
During the session, experts and university representatives will discuss key goals, implementation mechanisms, and performance indicators for each direction, as well as develop practical measures for integrating scientific and educational initiatives into the MSUPE development strategy until 2030.
The Priority-2030 program is the largest state program for university support in Russia, launched in 2021. Its goal is to concentrate resources on achieving national development objectives, strengthen the scientific and educational potential of universities, and expand their contribution to the country's socio-economic development.
