The Scientific and Practical Center for Gerontopsychology at MSUPE invites participants aged 55+ and all interested individuals to a free master class, "AI Conquers All Ages." The session brings together two important areas of successful modern longevity: mastering new technologies and maintaining brain activity.

Modern digital technologies are becoming part of everyday life, so it is important not only to master new tools but also to understand the principles of their operation, capabilities, and limitations. During the session, participants will be introduced to artificial intelligence, neural networks, and large language models – in simple and accessible language, without the need for specialised technical training.

The master class will clarify:

  • What artificial intelligence is and where it is already used in everyday life.
  • What practical possibilities neural networks offer – how they can be used to obtain explanations of complex information, compose a congratulatory text or letter, organise a to-do or shopping list, and generate ideas for menus, planning, or creative activities.
  • How to interact with AI effectively – how to formulate queries, refine the information received, and achieve more useful results.
  • How to ensure digital security when working with AI.

The second part of the session will focus on human cognitive functions – memory, attention, speech, and the ability to maintain active interaction with the surrounding world.

Participants will perform several simple exercises from the cognitive stimulation therapy program: tasks for concentration, word selection, associative thinking, and memory recall. Such exercises require no special training and can be used as an element of regular intellectual activity in everyday life.

The master class "AI Conquers All Ages" is not being held for the first time. This session has already generated great interest among participants of the Moscow Longevity Center.

Date and time: August 26, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM.

Address: Moscow, 18 Zorge St., Building 3.

Participation is free with preliminary registration.
