Dear foreign applicants!

You can enroll in the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education in the following way:

Rossotrudnichestvo (Federal Agency for CIS Affairs). To do this, you have to use the website https://education-in-russia.com//. If your candidacy is approved, you will be able to study for free and receive a scholarship.
Admissions committee on a contractual basis. You can choose a specific program and sign a contract for training.
Admissions committee on a budgetary basis by general competition among citizens of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, the Republic of Belarus.

Please, do not forget to check information on legalization and recognition of educational documents at the Russian Embassy in your country or on the website of the FSBI «Rosakkredagentstvo» (Russian Accreditation Agency) https://nic.gov.ru/

List of documents required for enrollment:

Copy of passport;
Copy of notarized translation of the 1st page of passport (in case if there are no pages in Russian or the information is not duplicated in Russian. In the notarized translation, the seal of the organization that carried out the translation must be in Russian);
Original certificate/diploma with an appendix with grades;
Copy of notarized translation of certificate/diploma (in case if the information is not duplicated in Russian. In the notarized translation, the seal of the organization that carried out the translation must be in Russian);
Copies of migration documents (migration card where the purpose of travel is "education"; educational visa, valid registration);
Copy of the registration page from the passport, identity card or extract from the house register (or any other official document that can be used to prove that you are registered in your country);
Copy of medical certificate «086-у», medical conclusion of addiction psychiatrist (if you plan to enroll in programs 44.03.02, 44.04.02, 44.03.03, 44.04.03, 44.05.01), medical certificates with the results of tests for HIV, hepatitis B and C, syphilis (valid for 3 months);
Notarized translation of medical certificates, if they are not in Russian (in the notarized translation, the seal of the organization that carried out the translation must be in Russian);
5 color matte photographs, size 3*4 (for a student ID, student record, gradebook, spare photograph).

You will be provided with the following forms of documents to complete:

2 copies of license agreement;
2 copies of budgetary agreement;
Consent to the processing of PD;
Consent to the distribution of PD permitted by the subject of PD;
Application for admission to study in the 1st year.
