Dear International Applicants!
To apply to the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education, you need:
Choose your admission conditions:
- Paid basis (tuition-fee): You choose a field of study (Bachelor's/Specialist or Master's degree), pass the entrance examinations, and sign an education contract.
- State-funded basis (budget): Available via a general competition for citizens of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and the Republic of Belarus.
Prepare your documents. Please note:
- Translate and legalize your documents: passport, education document.
- Complete the procedure for the recognition of foreign education documents on the website of the Rosakkredagentstvo FSBI.
Submit your application via the "Admission to University Online" (Поступление в вуз онлайн) portal.
Application Deadlines
For Bachelor's and Specialist programs
List of Documents Required for Admission:
- Identity document: Passport and its notarized translation into Russian.
- Education document: Certificate or diploma with a transcript of grades, along with its notarized translation into Russian.
- Certificate of recognition of foreign education: Except in cases where recognition is not required under Russian Federation legislation or international treaties. (This document must be submitted no later than the deadline for submitting the enrollment consent form, or no later than the day the contract is signed for fee-paying positions).
- SNILS: Document confirming registration in the individual (personalized) accounting system (if available).
- Photographs: 5 pieces, size 3x4 cm.
- Application form: For admission to the 1st year (official template).
- Consent form: For the processing of personal data (official template).
- Medical certificate (Form 086-U): Containing data on the medical examination, including conclusions from a narcologist and a psychiatrist (required for field codes / specialties: 44.03.02, 44.03.03, 44.05.01).
Documents issued in a foreign state must be legalized, unless otherwise provided by current legislation or an international treaty of the Russian Federation.
* Citizens of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Republic of Tajikistan have the right to apply for state-funded (budget) places on a general basis in accordance with Article 1 of the Intergovernmental Agreement on the Provision of Equal Rights to Citizens of the States Parties to the Treaty on Deepening Integration in the Economic and Humanitarian Fields of March 29, 1996, for admission to educational institutions (approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 662 of June 22, 1999).
* Foreign citizens with the status of compatriot have the right to apply for state-funded places on an equal footing with citizens of the Russian Federation (Federal Law No. 99-FZ "On the State Policy of the Russian Federation Regarding Compatriots Abroad").
After successfully passing the entrance examinations, the following documents should be submitted to the Office for International Relations (Sretenka St., 29, room 409):
- Migration card;
- Visa (for citizens of visa-required countries);
- HIV-negative certificate, medical certificate form No. 001-IZ, medical certificate confirming the absence of infectious diseases;
- Health insurance.
