Dear foreign applicants!
You can enroll in the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education in the following way:
- Rossotrudnichestvo (Federal Agency for CIS Affairs). To do this, you have to use the website https://education-in-russia.com//. If your candidacy is approved, you will be able to study for free and receive a scholarship.
- Admissions committee on a contractual basis. You can choose a specific program and sign a contract for training.
- * Admissions committee on a budgetary basis by general competition among citizens of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, the Republic of Belarus.
Please, do not forget to check information on legalization and recognition of educational documents at the Russian Embassy in your country or on the website of the FSBI «Rosakkredagentstvo» (Russian Accreditation Agency) https://nic.gov.ru/
List of Documents Required for Admission:
- Identity document – passport and a notarized translation into Russian;
- Educational certificate – school leaving certificate or diploma with grade supplement, and a notarized translation into Russian;
- Certificate of recognition of foreign education, except in cases where recognition is not required under Russian legislation or an international treaty (this document must be submitted no later than the deadline for providing consent to enrollment, or no later than the day the paid-place contract is concluded);
- SNILS – document confirming registration in the individual (personalized) accounting system (if available);
- Photographs 3×4 cm – 5 pieces;
- Application for admission to the 1st year (form);
- Consent to the processing of personal data (form);
- Medical certificate 086-U, containing information about the medical examination, including a narcologist's and psychiatrist's report for study fields/specialties 44.03.02, 44.03.03, 44.05.01.
Documents issued in a foreign state must be legalized, unless otherwise provided by current legislation or an international treaty of the Russian Federation.
* Citizens of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Republic of Tajikistan have the right to apply for state-funded (budget) places on a general basis in accordance with Article 1 of the Intergovernmental Agreement on the Provision of Equal Rights to Citizens of the States Parties to the Treaty on Deepening Integration in the Economic and Humanitarian Fields of March 29, 1996, for admission to educational institutions (approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 662 of June 22, 1999).
* Foreign citizens with the status of compatriot have the right to apply for state-funded places on an equal footing with citizens of the Russian Federation (Federal Law No. 99-FZ "On the State Policy of the Russian Federation Regarding Compatriots Abroad").
After successfully passing the entrance examinations, the following documents must be submitted to the Office for International Relations (Sretenka St., 29, room 409):
- Migration card;
- Visa (for citizens of visa-required countries);
- HIV-negative certificate, medical certificate form No. 001-IZ, medical certificate confirming the absence of infectious diseases;
- Voluntary health insurance policy (VHI / DMS).
