Dear international candidates!
To apply to the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education (MSUPE), you need to:
- Choose your admission conditions: Fee-paying basis. You choose your program (Bachelor’s/Specialist’s, or Master’s), take the entrance examinations, and sign an education contract.
- State-funded basis (Budget). This is possible under the general competition for citizens of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and the Republic of Belarus.
- Prepare your documents. Important: Translate your documents and go through the legalization procedure: passport, educational document.
- Go through the recognition procedure for your educational documents on the Rosakkredagentstvo Website.
- Submit your application through the "University Admission Online" portal.
