We invite you to participate in the International Scientific-Practical Conference "Ethnopsychology: Theory and Practice."
Conference Theme: "Intercultural Communication in Professional Interaction"
Date and Venue: November 21–22, 2025, Moscow, Sretenka St., 29, Moscow State University of Psychology and Education (MSUPE)
The main goal of the conference is the scientific exchange of information on the development of current theoretical, methodological, and practical problems of intercultural communication in various spheres of professional interaction; and discussion of tasks and prospects for the development of a multicultural approach in psychological counseling.
Conference Tracks:
- Theoretical and methodological approaches to studying intercultural communication.
- Intercultural communication and the development of intercultural competence in various spheres of professional interaction:
- In the educational space
- In the healthcare sector
- In the Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) and law enforcement agencies
- In human resource management
- In business, tourism, sports, and other fields.
- Intercultural communication of counseling psychologists
- Multicultural approach to psychological counseling
- Interaction between a psychologist and a client in migration
- Adaptation of various therapeutic approaches for clients from different cultures
- Ethnic and religious identities of the psychologist and client: reflection, study, inclusion in the counseling process
- Psychological support for university students, considering ethnocultural specifics
As part of the conference, the following will be held:
- Round table "Development of Olga Vladimirovna Khukhlaeva's Ideas in Multicultural Education"
- Round table "The Contribution of Tatyana Gavrilovna Stefanenko to the National Ethnopsychological School"
- Master classes

Participation in the conference is free of charge. By the start of the conference, the publication of a conference proceedings collection is planned, with subsequent article-by-article inclusion in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) database.
To participate in the conference, registration is required. For participation with a publication, the text must be attached to the registration form.
Abstracts and applications are accepted until September 1, 2025. Selected abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.
Working languages of the conference: Russian, English.
