On April 25, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation hosted a professional and public discussion on updating the professional standard 03.015 "Youth Work Specialist."

The event was organized by the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh), the Institute of Youth, and the Council for Professional Qualifications in the Field of Occupational Safety, Social Protection, and Employment. These institutions form the working group responsible for updating professional standard 03.015 "Youth Work Specialist."

Irina Borisovna Shilina, Dean of the Faculty of Social Communication at MSUPE, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, and Head of the Educational and Methodological Council for the program 39.03.03 "Youth Work Organization," participated as a member of the working group. She delivered a report titled "Analysis of the Educational Program for Training Youth Work Specialists." In her presentation, Irina Borisovna highlighted the distinctive features of specialist training at the Faculty of Social Communication and shared her perspective on the development trajectory of youth policy.
