The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation announces the opening of applications for the selection process for the scholarship program of the Government of the Republic of Serbia for studies and professional development at Serbian universities during the 2025/2026 academic year.

Program Details and Participation Requirements

For the 2025/2026 academic year, 30 quota places have been approved:

Application deadline: July 2, 2025

The primary language of instruction is Serbian.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Russian citizenship
• Full-time students enrolled in state-accredited programs / Full-time graduate students

Scholarship Benefits Include:

• Tuition-free education
• Monthly stipend
• Free dormitory accommodation
• Basic health insurance
