Scholarship Program of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Call for Applications

Dear students and graduate students!
The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation announces the opening of applications for the selection process for the scholarship program of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for studies and professional development at Vietnamese universities during the 2025/2026 academic year.
Program Details and Participation Requirements
For the 2025/2026 academic year, the following quota places have been approved:
75 quota places in total:
- 30 places for higher education programs - bachelor's programs, master's programs, postgraduate (PhD) programs;
- 30 places for Vietnamese language training programs lasting from 3 to 10 months;
- 15 places for professional development programs for Vietnamese language teachers lasting from 3 to 10 months.
Application deadline: July 4, 2025
The primary language of instruction is Vietnamese.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Russian citizenship
- Full-time students enrolled in state-accredited programs / Full-time graduate students / Vietnamese language teachers
Scholarship Benefits Include:
- Tuition-free education
- Monthly stipend
- Free dormitory accommodation
