I sincerely congratulate you on International Children's Day - a holiday that symbolizes our shared responsibility for every child's happy childhood. Millions of children live in Russia, and our task is to help them discover their talents, acquire quality knowledge, fulfill their dreams and achieve success in all endeavors.

This year we pay special attention to children's recreation: 2025 has been declared the Year of Children's Recreation in the education system. We strive to make it as rich, interesting and useful as possible for every child. One of the main symbols of childhood, the International Children's Center "Artek", celebrates its 100th anniversary this year. Over its century-long history, it has become a true country of childhood, a place where dreams and lifelong friendships are born.

Children's Day is also an occasion to surround with warmth and care those who especially need it. It is important to support every child, to help them believe in themselves and their abilities.

I thank everyone who dedicates themselves to working with children: teachers, educators, mentors, volunteers and benefactors. Your work is invaluable! I wish you health, patience, inspiration and joy from every day spent with children.
