On September 4, 2025, the organizing committee of the XII All-Russian Competition "Best Inclusive School of Russia – 2025" completed the processing of applications for the federal stage of the Competition.

169 organizations from 67 constituent entities of the Russian Federation will participate in the correspondence part of the federal stage. These include: Arkhangelsk Oblast, Belgorod Oblast, Bryansk Oblast, Vladimir Oblast, Volgograd Oblast, Vologda Oblast, Voronezh Oblast, the city of St. Petersburg, the city of Sevastopol, Donetsk People's Republic, Ivanovo Oblast, Irkutsk Oblast, Kaliningrad Oblast, Kamchatka Krai, Kemerovo Oblast, Kirov Oblast, Krasnodar Krai, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Kurgan Oblast, Leningrad Oblast, Lipetsk Oblast, Luhansk People's Republic, Moscow Oblast, Murmansk Oblast, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Novosibirsk Oblast, Omsk Oblast, Orenburg Oblast, Oryol Oblast, Penza Oblast, Perm Krai, Primorsky Krai, Pskov Oblast, Republic of Altai, Republic of Bashkortostan, Republic of Kalmykia, Republic of Karelia, Republic of Komi, Republic of Crimea, Republic of Mordovia, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, Republic of Tatarstan, Republic of Tyva, Republic of Khakassia, Rostov Oblast, Ryazan Oblast, Samara Oblast, Saratov Oblast, Sakhalin Oblast, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Smolensk Oblast, Stavropol Krai, Tambov Oblast, Tver Oblast, Tomsk Oblast, Tyumen Oblast, Udmurt Republic, Ulyanovsk Oblast, Khabarovsk Krai, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Chelyabinsk Oblast, Chechen Republic, Chuvash Republic, Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Yaroslavl Oblast.

This year, the competition features four main nominations:
- "Best Inclusive School of Russia – 2025" – 56 general education organizations
- "Best Inclusive Kindergarten of Russia – 2025" – 57 preschool educational organizations
- "Best Resource Organization for the Development of Inclusive Education – 2025" – 33 special (correctional) educational organizations
- "Best Inclusive Organization for Children's Recreation and Their Health Improvement – 2025" – 23 children's recreation and health improvement organizations.
The expert review of the correspondence part of the Competition will last until September 25. The application of each organization participating in the correspondence part of the federal stage of the Competition will be reviewed and evaluated by three independent experts. On September 26, 10 finalist organizations in each nomination will be announced.
The final of the XII All-Russian Competition "Best Inclusive School of Russia – 2025" will take place on October 14–16 in Moscow at the address: 29 Sretenka Street (MSUPE). The official award ceremony for the Competition winners will be held on October 16 at the address: 4 Semenovskaya Square (Moscow Center for Quality of Education).
