The expert review of the correspondence part of the federal stage of the XII All-Russian Competition "Best Inclusive School of Russia – 2025" was completed on September 25. A group of 44 experts analyzed 168 sets of competition materials between September 4 and September 25.

Organizations from 32 constituent entities of the Russian Federation have advanced to the finals, with 10 organizations in each nomination: Vologda Oblast, Voronezh Oblast, Irkutsk Oblast, Kamchatka Krai, Kemerovo Oblast – Kuzbass, Kirov Oblast, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Kurgan Oblast, Lipetsk Oblast, Moscow Oblast, Murmansk Oblast, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Novosibirsk Oblast, Oryol Oblast, Perm Krai, Pskov Oblast, Republic of Crimea, Republic of North Ossetia – Alania, Republic of Tatarstan, Rostov Oblast, Samara Oblast, Saint Petersburg, Saratov Oblast, Sakhalin Oblast, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Stavropol Krai, Tomsk Oblast, Tyumen Oblast, Ulyanovsk Oblast, Khabarovsk Krai, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
