On October 27, the Interregional Practical Conference on work with children and youth, "The System of Comprehensive Psychological Support for the Population: Mechanisms of Interagency Cooperation," was held in Kazan on the base of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University.

In her report, "Problems of Interagency Cooperation in Providing Emergency and Crisis Psychological Assistance to Participants in Educational Relations," Anna Valeryevna reviewed the main regulatory acts governing the organization of interagency cooperation.

The MSUPE expert analyzed the difficulties that arise in providing emergency psychological assistance to subjects of the educational process in crisis situations and emergencies. A systemic analysis was conducted based on data from the monitoring of the practice of providing emergency psychological assistance in the education system at the level of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, 2022, 56 subjects of the Russian Federation. Among such difficulties, the speaker identified: absence or shortage of specialized specialists, insufficient level of qualification of available specialists; deficit of regulatory and legal regulation, protocols of interagency cooperation; level of material, technical, and financial support.

Anna Ermolaeva elaborated in detail on how the federal coordination center of MSUPE solves key systemic tasks: by taking part in the development of unified regulatory and methodological standards for the country; by taking part in ensuring interagency and cross-level interaction; by taking part in the improvement of the emergency and crisis assistance system; by coordinating the training of specialists in all regions.

While illuminating the last thesis, the Deputy Head of the FCC MSUPE focused on the history of creation and the main principles of the Federal Register of Educational Psychologists (psychologists in the field of education) who have competencies in providing emergency and crisis psychological assistance to participants in educational relations. She also gave recommendations on improving interagency cooperation in ensuring the system of comprehensive psychological support for the population.
