A new issue of the journal "Modern Foreign Psychology" (Sovremennaya Zarubezhnaya Psikhologiya, No. 4-2025) has been published, featuring current research on modern challenges in educational psychology. This issue is particularly interesting for those who want to understand how children are taught in different countries and what difficulties educators face today.

The issue addresses questions such as: how the world's best teachers from Singapore, South Korea, and Finland work, and what we can learn from them; what tools can be used to measure metacognition and self-regulated learning; why it's so important to teach future educators to work with parents, and how to do it correctly; what triggers bullying in schools, and how children can be protected from violence; how contemporary crises affect the mental state of youth; what consequences the COVID-19 pandemic had for preschoolers, according to recent studies; and how the components of a psychologist's professional development are formed during their university education. A distinctive feature of this issue is that all articles are based on recent data from various countries, allowing for a comparison of Russian and international experience.

This issue will be useful for psychologists, educators, and anyone interested in modern education. It helps not only to understand current problems but also to find practical solutions already tested in other countries.

The full issue of the journal is published in open access on the PsyJournals.ru Portal.
