Today, March 2, we celebrate a new state holiday – Mentor's Day, established by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation.

Mentors help a person find their path, unlock their potential, and become a worthy citizen of their country. Today, the institution of mentoring covers the education system, the production sector, and social practice.

The state provides systematic support to the mentoring movement. One of the key steps in this direction was the Concept for the Development of Mentoring until 2030, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. On this festive day, I want to express my sincere gratitude to all mentors – teachers, educators, masters of vocational training, experienced specialists in enterprises. Your work, patience, and wisdom shape the future of our country. You put your soul into every mentee, ignite hearts, and help those you mentor believe in themselves.

I wish you good health, professional success, grateful students, and new achievements! May your wisdom and experience always be in demand, and may the work you serve bring you joy and satisfaction.
