Ministry of Labor: MSUPE Graduates Again Among Leaders in Employment and Earnings

The national employment rankings for graduates of universities and colleges have been published on the "Work in Russia" portal.

The rankings are prepared on the instruction of the President and are part of the national project "Personnel" (Kadry) . They will help applicants and their parents, before applying, assess the demand for graduates of a particular university or college compared to graduates of other institutions studying in the same field.

The rankings are formed based on two indicators:

• the share of employed full-time graduates in the second year after graduation
• the median wage of graduates based on the results of the second year of work

According to the ranking, MSUPE graduates took 2nd place among universities subordinate to the Russian Ministry of Education in the pedagogical field, 1st place in psychology (4th among all Russian universities), and 4th place in social work.

Bachelor's / Specialist Programs

• According to the results of the National Graduate Employment Ranking 2026 for the 37.00.00 Psychological Sciences field (Bachelor's/Specialist), MSUPE took 1st place among universities subordinate to the Russian Ministry of Education and 4th place among all Russian universities represented in the ranking.
• According to the results of the National Graduate Employment Ranking 2026 for the 44.00.00 Education and Pedagogical Sciences field (Bachelor's/Specialist), MSUPE took 2nd place among universities subordinate to the Russian Ministry of Education and 9th place among all Russian universities represented in the ranking.
• According to the results of the National Graduate Employment Ranking 2026 for the 39.00.00 Sociology and Social Work field (Bachelor's/Specialist), MSUPE took 1st place among universities subordinate to the Russian Ministry of Education and 4th place among all Russian universities represented in the ranking.

Master's / Residency Programs

• According to the results of the National Graduate Employment Ranking 2026 for the 37.00.00 Psychological Sciences field (Master's/Residency), MSUPE took 1st place among universities subordinate to the Russian Ministry of Education and 4th place among all Russian universities represented in the ranking.
• According to the results of the National Graduate Employment Ranking 2026 for the 44.00.00 Education and Pedagogical Sciences field (Master's/Residency), MSUPE took 2nd place among universities subordinate to the Russian Ministry of Education and 9th place among all Russian universities represented in the ranking.

The ranking data comes from Rosobrnadzor (Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science) and is supplemented by information from the Social Fund of Russia.

This year, the rankings have become more detailed: groups of specialties and fields of study have been identified within educational fields.

The ranking of universities is conducted across 52 consolidated groups of study areas. A total of 1,000 Russian universities are represented in the 2026 ranking.

The rankings will help applicants and their parents make a more informed choice when selecting a university or college for admission.
