International Forum of Teachers from Russia and Kyrgyzstan: BSU and MSUPE Sign a Strategic Cooperation Agreement
On May 12–13, the International Forum of Teachers from Russia and Kyrgyzstan is taking place in Bishkek. Over two days, participants will discuss the development of educational cooperation, professional development for teachers, and the exchange of professional experience.
The forum aims to create conditions for the professional development of educators based on the integration of ecosystemic and system-activity approaches, ensuring the development of competencies, value orientations, and the ability for conscious, responsible, and effective interaction with the educational environment.
Participating in the forum are: Nadira Dzhussupbekova, Deputy Minister of Education of Kyrgyzstan; Salavat Sagitov, Rector of Bashkir State Pedagogical University; Alexey Poyda, First Secretary of the Russian Embassy for Education and Science; Alexander Stepanyuk, member of the Coordination Council of Russian Compatriots; and Khozh-Akhmed Khaladov, Vice-Rector for External Relations of Moscow State University of Psychology and Education (MSUPE).
Speaking at the forum's opening, Deputy Minister of Education Nadira Dzhussupbekova emphasized the importance of strengthening professional cooperation between educators of the two countries.
"Today, it is especially important not only to create a modern educational infrastructure but also to work together to improve the quality of education, enhance teaching methods, train teachers, and exchange experience. We are confident that the schools being built will become platforms for professional growth and the implementation of advanced educational practices",
she emphasized.
On May 12, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed between MSUPE and Bishkek State University named after K. Karasaev (BSU) .
"This agreement is an important step towards strengthening and developing inter-university ties, expanding MSUPE's educational horizons on the international stage, and further strengthening cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of education",
noted MSUPE Vice-Rector for External Relations Khozh-Akhmed Khaladov.
