A New Architecture for Verification Based on the Standard of Evidence for Practices in the Social Sphere and Education is Being Built at MSUPE: Seminar on May 28
In 2018, with the support of the Interindustry Professional Association "Program Evaluation in the Field of Childhood," Moscow State University of Psychology and Education (MSUPE), and a community of specialists from social NPOs, the first version of the "Standard of Evidence" was developed – a unified methodological criterion for the evidence base of social practices. The publication of the Standard became an important event in the history of the development of the evidence-based approach in the social sphere and education, as it turned out to be one of the leading methodological guidelines for the professional community, non-profit organizations, grant competitions, etc. This, in turn, became the foundation for the subsequent development of infrastructure for applied evidence-based and evaluative research, and for the verification of the evidence base of programs, technologies, and psychodiagnostic tools.
As part of the implementation of the project "Inclusive Practices with Proven Effectiveness" with the support of the Charitable Foundation "Contribution to the Future," the expert community is working on a new version of the "Standard of Evidence." Meanwhile, a new architecture for verifying practices and technologies in the social sphere and education is being built at MSUPE.
