I wholeheartedly congratulate you on International Children's Day – a holiday that reminds us of the most important responsibility of adults: caring for the younger generation, creating conditions for a happy, safe, and harmonious childhood for every child.

Children are the future of our country, a source of inspiration, hope, and new opportunities. That is why special attention is being paid today to the development of the education system, support for families, and the unlocking of every child's talents and abilities.

We are consistently creating modern and comfortable conditions for raising and educating children, supporting teachers and educators, improving the educational environment, and expanding opportunities for the comprehensive development of children. We are placing special emphasis on this in 2026, declared the Year of Preschool Education in the education system. Our common task is to help children believe in themselves, receive quality knowledge, realize their dreams, and confidently pursue their goals.

I thank the teachers, mentors, volunteers, and all those who have dedicated themselves to caring for children. Your professionalism, patience, and warmth help children gain essential life guidelines, learn kindness, respect, and responsibility.
