MSUPE Conducted On-Site Monitoring in Grozny for the Federal Project "Teachers and Mentors"

As an expert for the on-site monitoring under the federal project "Teachers and Mentors" of the national project "Youth and Children," Vice-Rector for External Relations of MSUPE Khozh-Akhmed Khaladov worked at the Chechen State Pedagogical University (CHGPU) from July 1–3.

Currently, at the Faculty of Technology, Art, and Management in Education of CHGPU, between the Technopark of Universal Pedagogical Competencies and the Pedagogical Technopark "Quantorium," work is underway to create a Center for Creative Initiatives, which will include an art and design studio, music and fine arts classrooms, laboratory and storage rooms, and recreational areas.

Thanks to the federal project "Teachers and Mentors", a Multifunctional Complex of Natural and Exact Sciences is being created in the buildings of the Faculty of Physics, Mathematics, and Information Technologies and the Faculty of Natural Sciences at CHGPU. The spaces will be equipped in the areas of "Physics", "Computer Science", "Biology", "Chemistry" and "Geography".

The official opening of the Center for Creative Initiatives and the Multifunctional Complex of Natural and Exact Sciences at CHGPU is planned for November this year.

In 2026, along with the modernization of the relevant infrastructure, pedagogical universities will implement professional development programs for teaching staff in the fields of music, fine arts, and natural science teaching methods, and will also ensure that state final certification in the format of a professional (demonstration) exam is conducted for at least 60% of full-time undergraduate students in pedagogical profiles.
