Call for Applications for the President of the Russian Federation Prize in Science and Innovation for Young Scientists Opens October 15

The Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation announces that starting October 15, 2026, the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Science and Education will begin accepting submissions for the President of the Russian Federation Prize in Science and Innovation for Young Scientists. The Prize is the highest recognition of the achievements of young scientists and specialists before society and the state.

Candidates for the Prize may include research and academic staff, postgraduate and doctoral students, as well as specialists from various sectors of the economy, the social sphere, and the defense industry. Nominations are accepted for research results that have made a significant contribution to the development of natural, technical, and human sciences; for the development of new technology prototypes and advanced technologies that ensure innovative development of the economy and social sphere, as well as strengthening the country's defense capabilities.

Please note the specific nomination requirements and the necessity of complying with all provisions of the Regulations on the Prize, approved by Presidential Decree No. 312 of June 18, 2015.
