MSUPE International Relations Office: On Amendments to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and the Amounts of State Duties for Migration Document Processing

On July 27, 2026, amendments to Russian tax legislation came into force, increasing the amounts of state duties for several migration services.

The MSUPE International Relations Office informs that the state duty for the following migration services has been increased:

• Visas. Issuance of a multiple-entry visa – 6,000 rubles.
• Temporary Residence Permit for Education Purposes (TRP-E). Temporary residence permit for education purposes (TRP-E) – 8,000 rubles.
• Invitation to Enter. Duty for issuing an entry invitation – 8,000 rubles per each invitee.
